She shall be put to her election to accept the sum of money above specified and relinquish dower or to accept the dower and relinquish the sum of money above specified. 2nd I desire all my debts to be paid from the remainder of my estate from the sale or proceeds of such property as my executor may think best. 3rd I give my mother, Elizabeth Odom my blind horse and buggy and allow her the privilege of using as much of my lands as she pleases for farming purposed during her lifetime and then to belong to my children in the manner hereinafter specified. #4 I give to my three sons all the rest and residue of my property in trust and if any one or two of them should die leaving no child or children the off-spring of his or their body, then his or their portion should vest and belong equally to the survivors if more than one. and entire if only one survivor and in the event of all my sons dying leaving no child or children the off spring of their body then my property shall be vested in and belong equally to my brothers and sisters and I desire that all my property be kept together upon my plantation until my children respectively become of the age of twenty one years or marry in which event of marrying or becoming twenty one old they may take of his or their portion, And when my son James becomes twenty one years old I desire that he shall act as trustee for his remaining brothers or brothers (in this?) exercising a choice to remain upon my premises and keep the property of the surviving brother or brothers or to sell my lands and take the property in remainder elsewhere whensoever he may think best for all the parties. 5th I hereby nominate ordain and appoint John Watters my executor of this my last will and testament.
